The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all staff and all operations. I will serve as a leader to the departments that report to me and I will be the primary communicator of operations to the Board of Directors.

As the finance manager for the WEI, my goals are to monitor and track all financial transactions as well as research market prices to provide cost/price estimates for the product. I will also create all necessary financial spreadsheets and communicate important financial information with other department managers as necessary.

As the Marketing and Sales Supervisor, I lead the development of strategic marketing plans to boost product marketability and drive profitability. I proactively engage potential customers through social media, ensuring a smooth transition from production to sales. I closely monitor total revenue, adjusting the marketing mix as needed for optimal results throughout the product life cycle.

As the Production Manager, I oversee all aspects of production, including prototyping, quality control, packaging, and manufacturing. I assign tasks to production assistants, facilitate communication between the team and the General Manager, and ensure that our concerns and needs are addressed efficiently.

As the Assistant Production Manager, I support in planning and producing the company's product, particularly focusing on coaster production and related systems. I collaborate with the Production Manager, oversee material acquisition, quality control, and maintain efficient communication with all team members. I proactively address issues before, during, and after production, ensuring a smooth workflow.

As the Human Resources Manager, I'll ensure effective communication and a respectful environment among team members. I'll report to the general manager on individual work efforts, maintain a healthy social climate for business success, and provide assistance to team members as needed.

As an aid to the Marketing team, I provide support to our outreach efforts by initiating sales interest through social media engagement and the development of creative advertising campaigns.

I engage in projects, assess circumstances, and offer specialized counsel to meet diverse requirements. The job includes gathering information, formulating strategies, presenting solutions, and providing  direction to clients within their specialized domain.

As the Human Resources representative, she played a pivotal and multifaceted role in contributing to the development of this innovative product. Demonstrating a keen understanding of both the creative and logistical facets of the project, she proactively provided invaluable insights that significantly shaped the product's trajectory.

Dr. Buehlmann assumes the integral responsibility of not only spreading knowledge but also diligently ensuring that each student progresses effectively and adheres to the academic guidelines. Dr. Buehlmann's role extends beyond conventional teaching, encompassing a commitment to fostering a conducive learning environment where students are not just on track but also engaged and inspired.
